About the event
The 2024 Intention Setting Ceremony may be one of the most special ways you can share time with yourself to close out the year! The ceremony will be live streamed via Zoom and ALL are welcome to this! This event will be an hour and a half long, beginning with deep breathing and settling into reflection of 2023. We will look at how this year has served us- things that went really well and were positive for us, while also considering struggle and hardship we encountered. You will be encouraged to go into as much detail as you feel necessary. We will then shift our focus to the new year and set CLEAR goals. What I really love about these intentions that we set is they have action steps! We establish what we need to do to achieve them and what may be in our way, challenging us. We will then arrive…
