I have experience leading 85+ individuals at one time, through engaging, fun and intentional practices, while also holding the necessary space for an intimate, one on one session. Both serve tremendous, powerful purposes. These private sessions are a wonderful option for anyone looking for more focused, guided and individual attention to specific needs. Think kicking off bachelorette weekends in a fun way, birthday parties, dedicated recovery after a surgery, and so much more- in your home, in mine, at a local park, the beach or another facility, I would be honored to design a class for you or your group's specific needs.

I am ordained in the state of North Carolina and would be honored to lead the ceremony for your special day- weddings, vow renewals, etc! Religious, non-religious, elopements, destination weddings, you name it, I'm your girl to help in making your day yours! My style is warm, welcoming, honest and so very mindful, helping to bring a sense of peace and calm to perhaps one of the most special days of your life. I'm happy to help every step of the way when it comes to your ceremony, vows and nerves!

Sure, yoga is great in a studio, with the perfect lighting, an ideal temperature and all of the props but allowing yoga to meet us where we're at is really special. Let this practice serve you and your co-workers as a team-bonding activity or maybe the perfect lunch break. Cultivate a calm working space where conversations and decisions can be heart-centered, inviting, and with good intentions. Yoga is for every BODY! My passion for offering inclusive yoga led me to hold a position as Yoga and Mindfulness Coordinator at a retirement community in Wilmington, NC, as well as serving as the Yoga Instructor for Brunswick County Special Populations. I have experience teaching to children, older adults, both children and adults with disabilities, pregnant women and various other populations. No matter your age, gender, physical or mental conditions, socioeconomic status, etc- I am confident you or your group would benefit from a welcoming class with me!
