About the event
Back for its 6th year, the 2026 Intention Setting Ceremony may be one of the most special ways you can share time with yourself to close out the year, while also celebrating all that is to come! The ceremony will be live streamed via Google Meet and ALL are welcome to this- old, young, daily journal-er or novice! This anticipated event has been lovingly revamped from the previous years to provide you with more prompts and more details in goal-setting strategy.
This workshop will be 90 minutes, beginning with deep breathing and a gentle meditation to offer space and clarity for first reflection of 2025. We will look at how this year has served us- things that went really well and were positive for us, while also considering struggle and hardship we encountered. You will be encouraged to go into as much detail as you feel necessary. We will then…
