Restorative PJ Yoga!
In this significantly slower paced class we will hold poses for 4-5 minutes and sink deep into relaxation! Wear your comfiest, coziest PJs, slippers, eye mask, whatever you want! Blocks and bolsters will be provided but please bring any other props you would like!

About the event
Space is limited but you will not want to miss this significantly slower paced class where we will hold poses for 4-5 minutes and sink deep into relaxation! Get into the holiday spirit with this festive but cozy class where we will spend the entire class down on the mat. Slippers, robes, eye masks, whatever will help you feel comfortable for this class is highly encouraged. Hands on assists will be given if they are welcomed!
